What You'll Do
  • Offer home visits to expectant parents and caregivers of small children, providing parenting education, support, and advocacy.
  • Link parents to resources, promote optimal child health and development, and problem solve with parents.
  • Assist families in designing individualized support plans and empower families over time to achieve their chosen goals.
What You'll Need

Qualified applicants will have a Bachelor's degree in a health, education, or human service related field and one year of related experience working with children and families.
