This role involves managing New Patient inquiries for Primary Care from various locations, handling approximately 50-65 calls daily. Key responsibilities include patient registrations, insurance processing, and scheduling new patient appointments.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm PST
Location: Hybrid position with occasional office attendance required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients into the practice and provide necessary guidance both via phone and in person.
- Coordinate and schedule all patient appointments as instructed.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
- Prepare and manage documentation and records accurately for patient care.
- Achieve or surpass performance metrics set by the Practice Management Department.
- Order and manage inventory in accordance with established policies.
- Adhere to established policies and procedures relevant to the role.
- Engage and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
- Maintain a supportive attendance record.
- Deliver high-quality customer service aligned with our organization's goals.
- Comply with OSHA/WISHA guidelines, including the use of PPE.
- Follow HIPAA regulations diligently.
- Adapt and perform effectively in a dynamic environment, even in challenging situations.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher).
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or patient services.
- 2+ years of experience in the healthcare sector.
- 2+ years of experience in patient outreach.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
