Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistic Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely shipment of service materials and tools required for field service and order fulfillment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely shipment of all outbound FRU shipments to meet contractual obligations and customer requirements
  • Resolve receiving and shipping issues
  • Process FRU orders for domestic and international customers
  • Manage international shipping documentation requirements
  • Train in the use of business operations software to record and trouble-shoot data transactions
  • Conduct daily cycle count
  • Maintain warehouse safety and housekeeping per 5S principles
  • Maintain an excellent attendance record
  • Follow all corporate, regulatory, safety policies and procedures
  • Train and certify for the use of material handling equipment per policy and procedures; audit safety inspections of equipment
  • Fulfill employee training record requirements/updates per supervisor's direction
  • Perform other projects or duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma, AA degree preferred
  • Prior warehouse or experience in all aspects of receiving, shipping, and manufacturing operations support
  • Inventory management experience (cycle counts, physical inventory)
  • Process domestic and international shipments utilizing different software
  • Prior medical industry experience
  • Prior experience and/or certification in operating material handling equipment
  • Ability to lift 35 pounds frequently each day
  • Extensive walking and repetitive physical motion (squatting, bending, lifting) is required
  • Able to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in completing work assignments while complying with verbal and written instructions
  • Prior computer experience (including MS Office products and ERP systems) preferably SAP and Agile
  • Knowledge of kanban systems and other lean material handling principles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly customer and service focused
