Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the financial and operational aspects of the community, including accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
  • Process invoices, collect rent and fees, and complete bank deposits and reconciliations.
  • Assist in managing the client/owner relationship, including property tours, updates, and responding to owner requests.
  • Support leasing and marketing efforts, including greeting prospective residents, showing apartments, and assisting with lease applications.
  • Complete various accounting, financial, and administrative reports, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent and 2 years of experience in the multifamily industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
  • Mathematical skills to complete financial records, budgets, and other fiscal reporting information.
  • Strong proficiency in using property management software, preferably Yardi and/or One Site.
Work Environment

This role requires frequent exposure to outside elements, including temperature, weather, odors, and/or landscape. You must be able to physically access all exterior and interior parts of the property and amenities.

Physical Demands

This role requires standing, walking, reaching, climbing, stooping, and squatting. You must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty (20) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance.
