Store Operations Manager

Job Summary
As a Shift Lead at Walgreens, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring a positive customer experience, and maintaining a high level of productivity. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Lead and motivate store team members, providing coaching and feedback to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-stocked.
• Collaborate with management to achieve sales goals and implement visual merchandising displays.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including those related to inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
Requirements
• 1 year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
