Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and ensure that all work is completed on time, to the required standard, and within budget.
  • Develop and implement maintenance policies, procedures, and programs to ensure the continued operation of all equipment, machinery, and systems.
  • Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure the longevity of equipment and machinery.
  • Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, assess condition, and prioritize maintenance activities.
  • Ensure that all maintenance records are accurately maintained and kept up to date, including work orders, maintenance logs, and equipment history.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with the overall business objectives and priorities.
  • Manage the maintenance budget and provide regular reports on spending and financial performance to senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4-5+ years of experience in maintenance management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and best practices.
  • Experience with maintenance software and tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
