Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy.
  • Lead long-term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Provide strategic financial input to senior management and the board of directors.

Capital Raising and IPO Preparation:

  • Identify and secure various sources of capital to fund company growth, including equity, debt, and other financing options.
  • Lead the company through the IPO process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with investment banks, legal advisors, and auditors to prepare necessary documentation and filings.

Financial Management and Reporting:

  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP/IFRS and other regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and maintain robust financial controls and reporting systems.
  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital structure to ensure financial stability.

Investor Relations:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present financial information to the investment community.
  • Communicate the company's financial performance, strategy, and outlook to shareholders.

Operational Leadership:

  • Oversee the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial and tax regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required; an MBA degree and CPA experience are preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within the medical device, healthcare services, or related industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in raising capital through equity and debt financing; public and private.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and SEC reporting requirements.
  • Experience in QuickBooks Enterprise preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
