We are seeking a Business Development Growth Strategist to join our team at Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. This role will play a key part in supporting the growth and expansion of our national firm by identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients.

Job Overview

The Business Development Growth Strategist will be responsible for conducting research and analysis to identify prospective clients and understand their needs, competitors, and industry trends. They will also be expected to build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients through networking, attending industry events, and conducting client meetings.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a strategic business development plan to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Collaborating with attorneys and other team members to develop compelling litigation proposals and presentations for prospective clients.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • 4+ Years in legal/law firm required.
  • Must have experience supporting law firm practice groups.

Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year. Please note that salary may vary based on location and experience.
