Regional Manager Job Description

Bell Partners is seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager to lead our East Bay Market in San Francisco. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the financial performance and success of a portfolio of apartment communities in this geographic area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct, supervise, and evaluate multiple managers to ensure optimal performance and goal achievement.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive financial growth and improve asset value.
  • Collaborate with owner/investment partners to maintain and improve asset value.
  • Review and analyze financial operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to drive leasing and revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in multi-site apartment management with a minimum portfolio of 1,500 units.
  • BA/BS in business or related field required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
