Clinical Nurse Specialist

The Clinic RN provides high-quality nursing care to patients in an ambulatory care environment, utilizing the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs. This role requires collaboration with other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care coordination.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and evaluate care plans, making adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care coordination
- Maintain compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- Must be licensed in states wherever care is delivered upon hire
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
- 18 months professional nursing experience
