Job Title: Clinical Nursing and Quality Supervisor

The Clinical Nursing and Quality Supervisor plays a vital role in the clinic leadership team, bringing a professional nursing perspective and expertise to the group. This position is responsible for overseeing clinical staff performance, coaching, mentoring, developing, and implementing clinical best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to clinical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent education/experience.
  • Associate Nursing degree with a minimum of 3 years recent RN experience.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • 3 years - RN experience managing complex patients, or successful completion of RN Ambulatory Residency program.
  • Experience providing clinical education to clinical support staff within an outpatient/ambulatory care/medical group environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in an ambulatory setting.
  • 3 years - Demonstrated experience with providing progressive leadership, clinical staff education, competency development and evaluation, staff training and performance evaluation.
  • 3 years - Experience providing patient education.
