Position Overview:
The Idaho National Laboratory is seeking a dedicated professional for the role of Account Specialist within the High Performance Computing and Nuclear Computational Resource Center. This position is integral to our High Performance Computing division, operating on a 9x80 schedule with alternating Fridays off.
Role Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture collaborative relationships to enhance INL initiatives.
- Engage in project teams focused on specific tasks and objectives.
- Formulate and implement INL protocols, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with established standards.
- Possess knowledge of customer-facing IT systems and components.
- Demonstrate strong technical writing capabilities.
- Utilize and be familiar with LaTex for documentation purposes.
Qualifications:
- Level 2: Requires a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with no prior experience.
- Level 3: Requires a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 2 years of experience.
- This role necessitates the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy "Q" clearance, which mandates U.S. Citizenship.
Compensation Information:
- The salary range for this position is: Level 2 ($54,876 - $107,064) / Level 3 ($63,528 - $130,284). Compensation is determined based on education, relevant experience, and other qualifications.

- This position is designated for drug testing; candidates will be required to undergo a pre-employment drug screen and periodic testing during employment.
