Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front desk team and provide exceptional guest service. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the front desk team, ensuring seamless guest check-in and check-out processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide coaching and training to front desk agents, enhancing their skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
  • Monitor and manage guest feedback, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 2-3 years of experience in hotel front desk operations, preferably in a supervisory role. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in computer skills and hotel management software is also essential. A commitment to maintaining a positive and professional work environment is a must.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $23 - $25 per hour, depending on experience.
