We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Land Development team at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC). As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing project teams to create land development plans for our commercial, institutional, and energy clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project teams to create land development plans
  • Review work products and ensure quality control
  • Interface with clients, contractors, and local government officials
  • Manage budgets and mentor junior engineers
  • Develop and implement comprehensive solutions to complex problems
Requirements
  • 12+ years' experience working in the Land Development Sector
  • BS in Civil Engineering
  • Professional Engineering License (P.E.) in South Carolina
  • Ability to speak and write professionally
  • Ability to develop and mentor staff
  • Ability to provide a technical review of Civil Engineering deliverables
  • Ability to prepare proposals and manage project execution
