SalaryThe estimated weekly payment for this opportunity is $2,100 - $2,344 per week, based on 13 weeks of contract work. This rate includes both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals.
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for a Physical Therapist to provide high-quality home health care services to patients in the District of Columbia. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, each with unique needs and goals.
- Provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions to patients in their homes
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care transitions
To be considered for this opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited PT program
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the District of Columbia
- CPR Certified or ability to obtain
- Previous experience with Computer Charting
- 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
- Valid U.S. Drivers License and reliable transportation
