Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $2,865 for 1-2 credit courses to $5,548 for 5-6 credit courses, depending on your qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a 200% matching retirement plan, tuition benefits for full-time staff and their families, and several leadership development certificates.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Teach a variety of courses within the Theatre/Musical Theatre Program, including acting, directing, and musical theatre production.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote student learning and growth.
  • Mentor students in their academic and professional pursuits.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree or higher in Theatre or a related field.
  • Professional experience in the performing arts industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in teaching and mentoring students.
