ThinkTank LLC is seeking a results-driven Direct Market Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts in Kansas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing inventory, and leading a team of enrollment specialists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales and marketing plans to enroll new customers in Lifeline and ACP services, exceeding sales targets.
  • Team Leadership and Management: Lead and motivate a team of enrollment specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure successful customer engagements.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the efficient management of inventory, ensuring that enrollment specialists have the necessary resources to succeed.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and develop qualified candidates for enrollment specialist positions, emphasizing product knowledge and compliance standards.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to FCC and USAC regulations, implementing quality control measures to guarantee accurate and efficient enrollment processes.
  • Performance Management: Evaluate and enhance the performance of enrollment specialists through constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Audit and Reporting: Conduct thorough audits and manage detailed reporting for transparent documentation of enrollment outcomes.
