Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify opportunities for growth and development
  • Present and sell insurance products and services to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and value proposition
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of sales or customer service experience; insurance industry experience a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skills
