Job Summary:
The Medical Office Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support in a fast-paced medical office environment. This includes greeting patients, checking them in, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate patient records, and filing documents securely.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet patients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Answer and direct phone calls, responding to patient inquiries and concerns.
• Schedule appointments, manage patient waitlists, and maintain accurate records of patient interactions.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Working Hours:
