Automation Team Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Robotics Process Automation (RPA) professional to lead our global process automation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the adoption of intelligent process automation across the organization, promoting process excellence, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of process analysts, developers, and operators to design, implement, and maintain automation solutions on the UiPath platform.
- Promote intelligent process automation and identify key stakeholders and new automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with global process owners and line managers to identify processes suitable for automation and scale the adoption of intelligent process automation.
- Prioritize and coordinate automation projects to ensure delivery within time and budget.
- Drive the personal development of the global automation team and ensure that all automation projects follow global best practices and governance standards.
- Measure and report on the efficiency gained by realized process automations and ensure that automation projects are delivered in time and budget following all standards and compliance requirements.
- Generate a sufficient automation pipeline through various types of change management, internal "advertising," and workshops with senior stakeholders to promote and explain the value of process automation.
- Balance implementation, operate, and platform costs compared to the benefits realized by automations.
Requirements:
- University degree in business informatics or a similar field, with certificates or trainings in RPA tools beneficial.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in process optimization and/or RPA.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a structured and diligent working approach.
- Out-of-the-box thinking, especially on process design, and a strong interest in innovative automation technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and conflict-solving abilities, with a quality and target-oriented working mode.
- Pro-active, change, and solution-oriented, with a continuous optimization approach.
- High engagement on achieving targets and objectives of the position, with a highly motivated individual who works well under pressure.
- Good knowledge of moderation and presentation techniques, with the ability to work effectively in a globally dispersed team and business partners.
- Concepts of process automation and digitization, process optimization and redesign, and strong team and project management capabilities.
- Experience in IT delivery and operations, with proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with UiPath, especially Orchestrator, AutomationHub, AI Center, etc., beneficial.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), with German a plus.
- Willingness to travel.
