Project Overview

iParametrics LLC is supporting various disaster response and recovery initiatives at the federal, state, and local levels. As part of the FEMA Logistics Planning Construction Support Contract Program, we provide temporary housing solutions to individuals and families affected by natural and man-made disasters.

We are seeking a Data Management Assistant to join our team, providing critical support to the FEMA direct housing management team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strong background in administrative support and data collection.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide data-related support to the FEMA direct housing management team.
  • Originate, input, maintain, and manipulate spreadsheets, as well as manage database entries.
  • Perform data uploads and downloads, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Preliminary analysis of data related to contract oversight.

Required Skills:

  • U.S. citizenship due to federal requirements.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years of experience in administrative support, including data collection and management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to draft letters, reports, and briefings.

Estimated Salary: $30-45 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
