Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Culinary Operations Manager to oversee one of our well-established neighborhood restaurants, known for its award-winning cuisine and vibrant atmosphere. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our commitment to quality and service excellence is upheld.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage kitchen operations to achieve financial and operational goals.
- Ensure that food quality consistently meets guest expectations.
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the kitchen team.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Engage with the community and support marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in various kitchen roles.
- At least 12 months of supervisory experience as a Sous Chef or Assistant Kitchen Manager.
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume kitchen with strict standards.
- Recognized for approachability and strong interpersonal skills.
- A passion for team development and mentoring.
- Business acumen with a history of achieving financial success.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $45,000 – $60,000 per year.
- Monthly bonus program (10% of base salary).
