We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Insights Manager to join our team at Shionogi Inc. as a key member of our Commercial Analytics department. This role will be responsible for providing strategic insights and analytical support to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute commercial analytical deliverables to support business objectives, including market analysis, customer segmentation, and ROI assessments.
- Develop and maintain advanced statistical models to identify patterns and trends in market data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clear understanding of analytical needs to support strategic imperatives.
- Lead the development of data-driven insights through the creation of presentations and dashboards to inform strategic decision-making.
- Partner with field teams to enhance field reporting and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards.
- Support the Director of I&A in the development of credible annual objectives and executive-level presentations.
- Master's degree in a quantitative or business discipline, such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Operations Research.
- Minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical healthcare analytics experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of advanced modeling techniques and statistical principles.
- Advanced user of SAS or similar programming languages for statistical analysis.
- Excellent strategic thinking capabilities with ability to synthesize large amounts of information and clearly communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to develop effective working relationships with multiple levels of management and across a range of functions.
