Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time Intake Supervisor to join our growing call center team. This role will support the Intake Director, both remotely and in the office. To maintain our top-tier customer service, we are looking for qualified candidates who possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and a professional appearance.

Candidates must thrive under pressure while dealing with department needs, under the supervision of the department manager, and be charismatic. We are seeking ideal candidates who demonstrate those values as they work with peer coaches, specialists, and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage various projects and meet deadlines
  • Implement company programs, procedures, and practices
  • Oversee training and development of employees
  • Make effective staffing decisions
  • Provide coaching, direction, and leadership to support employees
  • Monitor operational statistics, report on trends, variances, and issues
  • Analyze business trends and report data

Requirements

  • Personal Injury legal experience: 2+ years (Preferred)
  • Mass Tort legal experience: 2+ years (Preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Proficient in all MS Office applications
  • Ability to Manage Time and Tasks Effectively with solid Leadership skills
  • Thorough knowledge of call center / intake operations including staffing, technology, and service levels

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 – $55,000 annually, depending on experience.
