Company Overview: Interface Behavioral Health, a reputable Behavioral Health Care company based in Houston, TX (Westchase District), is seeking an entry-level Behavioral Healthcare Intake Coordinator. This position is part of our Care Management department and requires strong customer service skills.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $33,120 (based on 40 hours/week and $16/hour). Additionally, benefits include health insurance, 401-K, paid vacation, holidays, and paid personal time.

Job Description: As a Behavioral Healthcare Intake Coordinator, you will be responsible for telephonic intake and referral for counseling, legal, financial, employee assistance program (EAP) services, and work-life/wellness services. You will also perform other clerical and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To excel in this role, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have at least one year of experience working in a customer service call center, preferably in the behavioral health or medical field. Strong customer service experience, verbal and written communication skills, typing, and multi-tasking abilities are essential. Bilingual skills are preferred.
