The Regional Manager will also engage with customers to identify and mitigate risks, ensure customer satisfaction and retention, and promote a culture of safety across all plants. Additionally, the candidate will develop and execute an effective inventory management strategy to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs. The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing plant operations, with a strong focus on financial and operational performance. They will also have demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and technology initiatives, and possess strong leadership skills with the ability to foster a collaborative and goal-oriented culture. The Regional Manager will report to the VP of Manufacturing and participate in corporate meetings, including financial reviews, program management/launch reviews, capacity reviews, and budget preparation and development. Compensation and benefits include a salary commensurate with knowledge and experience levels, a generous and comprehensive benefits package, and relocation assistance is negotiable for the right candidate.
