Event Coordinator

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the planning and execution of events at Shusterman Hall, complementing the portfolio of conference and event spaces managed by University College.
This part-time position involves up to 20 hours of work per week, with varying shifts based on the needs of the facility and the university's academic schedule.
The Event Manager will collaborate with University College facilities staff, IT services, Temple Law, and various internal and external units.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of directly related experience, as well as the ability to interact with diverse groups of faculty, staff, and students.
Additionally, the successful candidate must be able to lift boxes, equipment, and furniture.
