Job Overview">
Hospice & Family Care provides comprehensive care to patients and families. Our team includes physicians, nurses, therapists, hospice aides, and social workers who work together to provide physical, emotional, and spiritual support. We offer a range of services, including in-home care, skilled nursing center care, independent living community care, and hospital care.

We are seeking a PRN On Call Hospice RN to join our team. This role will cover weekday backup on-call shifts (5PM-8AM) and fill in some PRN shifts as well. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care in accordance with physician orders, recognizing standards of practice, and establishing company policies and procedures. You will also participate in coordination of hospice services, appropriately reporting identified needs to the interdisciplinary group.

Requirements">
  • Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience
