We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice RN Seven On Seven Off to join our interdisciplinary team at St. David's Hospice & Family Care.

Job Responsibilities

This role involves providing direct patient care in accordance with physician orders, recognizing standards of practice, and establishing company policies and procedures. You will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to help meet positive patient care outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow the plan of care, provide treatments, and work collaboratively with the members of the team to help meet positive patient care outcomes.
  • Provide direct patient care as defined in State Nurse Practice Act, including specialized duties related to end-of-life care.
  • Participate in coordination of hospice services, appropriately reporting the identified needs to the interdisciplinary group.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Registered Nurse license.
  • An Associate Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma.
  • More than 75% required experience in a similar role.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
