Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a PRN Hospice Nurse. This position involves providing direct patient care, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for delivering compassionate care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessments, wound care, and medication management.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements

To be successful as a PRN Hospice Nurse, you should have:

  • A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • At least 1 year of experience in hospice care or a related field.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
Salary and Benefits
