HR Value Partners - Manufacturing Assembler

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our production team as a Manufacturing Assembler. This position is ideal for those who thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to achieving excellence in their work.

As a key member of our assembly team, you will be engaged in the hands-on assembly of various systems and components. Your role will involve a variety of tasks as assigned by your supervisor, providing you with opportunities to expand your skill set.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting daily and weekly production targets by assembling air and nitrogen generation systems and their components according to specified layouts.
  • Preparing systems for shipment.
  • Adhering to quality control and safety protocols throughout the assembly process.
  • Updating relevant departments on order completion status.
  • Managing tools and materials effectively.
  • Supervising the cleaning and drying of necessary parts.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area.

In this role, you will work closely with the production supervisor and your colleagues, ensuring that every product meets our stringent quality standards. Your attention to detail and teamwork will be crucial in fulfilling orders efficiently and upholding the high expectations of our clients.

Qualifications:

To excel in this position, you should possess basic mathematical skills and have prior experience in a technical or production environment. Familiarity with hand tools is required, along with the physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positions.
