Revenue Management Director Job Description

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Management Director to join our team. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for optimizing hotel revenue through effective selling strategies, inventory management, and market mix analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize hotel revenue
  • Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to ensure optimal rate positioning
  • Collaborate with the General Manager, Director of Sales, and Front Office Manager to implement revenue-generating initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze revenue data to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel staff, vendors, and customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration, Business, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of revenue management experience in the hospitality industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
