Director of Revenue Optimization

At Intown Suites, we are seeking a highly skilled Director of Revenue Optimization to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing a team of Revenue Managers and developing strategies to increase market share and achieve top-line budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement rate and occupancy strategies
- Conduct citywide and special events analysis to maximize demand generators
- Monitor and analyze the competition to identify selling strategies and emerging trends
- Provide guidance, coaching, and development to direct reports
- Collaborate with internal departments to analyze business trends and performance
- Direct company-wide revenue management projects and initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years' experience in hotel revenue management
- Multi-unit experience with economy or midscale brands
- 4-year college degree required, MBA preferred
- Proficiency in analyzing large data sets and using insights to make strategic decisions
Working Environment:
This position is located at our Corporate Office in Sandy Springs, GA, and requires regular/predictable hours. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, passionate about revenue management, and able to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce.
