About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for the clinical oversight of homecare clients and patients, ensuring the highest level of care and quality service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the clinical delivery of homecare services, including care management and personnel management.
  • Develop and implement training programs for homecare caregivers to ensure they have the necessary skills and competencies to provide high-quality care.
  • Conduct regular site visits to patients' homes to assess the quality of care and provide feedback to caregivers.
  • Collaborate with the office clinical leader to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of homecare caregivers to provide exceptional care to patients.
Requirements
  • Active RN license required.
  • Minimum one year experience as a Registered Nurse preferred.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy required.
  • Proficiency in the English language required.
