Position Overview:

The Clinical Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the Adult Residential Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program at HealthRIGHT 360. This program operates continuously, providing various levels of care for both male and female clients, and is designed to enhance the accessibility and quality of care in the community.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct supervision, training, and mentorship to the clinical staff.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and performance expectations.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Identify strengths and areas for development among team members.
  • Facilitate training and resources to support staff in their roles.
  • Manage performance issues and support the hiring and termination processes.
  • Organize and lead team meetings to promote effective communication and development.

Treatment Oversight:
  • Oversee clinical and administrative aspects of treatment services.
  • Ensure that services are delivered in a culturally competent and ethical manner.
  • Review clinical documentation and ensure timely submission of required paperwork.
  • Address any crises related to service delivery and ensure resolution.
  • Collaborate with the behavioral health team to enhance client care.

Program Management:
  • Ensure that treatment plans align with the organization's mission and values.
  • Maintain productivity and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Foster relationships with external partners to support program sustainability.
  • Monitor team performance and service quality.

Direct Service:
  • Provide direct clinical services as needed, including crisis intervention and assessments.
  • Take ownership of service delivery issues and ensure they are addressed effectively.

Qualifications:
  • LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD with appropriate licensure.
  • Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a similar setting.
  • Experience in managing clients with co-occurring disorders.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Background Requirements:
  • Must pass a live scan fingerprint clearance.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
  • First Aid and CPR certification required within 30 days of employment.
  • Must pass a TB test upon hire and annually.
