Position Overview:
The Clinical Supervisor plays a vital role in overseeing the Adult Residential Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program at Be Well. This program is situated within a collaborative environment that integrates mental health services and promotes effective communication among various organizations.
The facility operates around the clock, providing a range of ASAM levels of care, including 3.1, 3.3, and 3.5 for both males and females, along with 3.2 withdrawal management services. The Supervisor is a licensed clinician responsible for ensuring high-quality client care and effective team performance in alignment with HealthRIGHT 360's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct supervision, training, and mentorship to direct service staff.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and performance expectations.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify and develop the strengths of team members.
- Facilitate training and resources necessary for staff development.
- Support management in recruitment and termination processes.
- Oversee clinical and administrative aspects of treatment services.
- Ensure ethical and legal compliance in all service delivery.
- Review clinical documentation and ensure timely submission.
- Address any service delivery crises effectively.
Program Management:
- Ensure alignment of treatment services with organizational values and goals.
- Maintain productivity and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Foster positive relationships with contractors and collaborators.
- Monitor team performance and quality of services provided.
Direct Service:
- Provide direct services as needed, including crisis intervention and assessments.
- Take ownership of crisis situations and ensure resolution.
Qualifications:
- LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD with appropriate licensure.
- Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in similar settings.
- Proficient in managing clients with co-occurring disorders.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Background Clearance:
- Live scan fingerprint clearance required.
- Must not be on parole or probation for at least two years.
- Full COVID-19 vaccination required, including boosters.
- First Aid and CPR certification within 30 days of employment.
- Must pass TB test upon hire and annually.
In compliance with health mandates, all employees must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination. Medical and religious exemptions are available.
