  • Master's degree and certification from the BACB as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • LABA required
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans using electronic software
  • Coordinating and supervising Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Providing support and instruction to families and caregivers on managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA
  • Conducting Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of problem behaviors when clinically warranted
  • Reviewing program effectiveness and making recommendations

Compensation: Hourly rate up to $75.00/hour

Physical Requirements: Sitting, lifting up to 50#, kneeling, stretching, standing, and computer work
