We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Agent to join our front office team at Crescent Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and register guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
  • Process check-outs, handling payments and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Provide detailed knowledge of hotel services and facilities, promoting up-selling opportunities
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Field guest complaints, conduct research, and resolve and negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction
