Job Title: Sr. Customer Success Manager

At Greenlight Guru, we're seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing organization, you'll be responsible for driving customer adoption, improving client health, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of customers to ensure product adoption, identify areas for growth, and develop strategic plans to drive customer success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive business growth.
  • Identify and communicate customer pain points, providing actionable insights to inform product development and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies, leveraging data and analytics to drive business outcomes and customer growth.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of driving customer success and growth.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex customer data, identifying trends and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, with a strong understanding of sales and marketing automation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to complex customer challenges.
