Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Bostwick Braun Company Inc. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their issues.
  • Analyze customer needs and refer to other departments as necessary to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Use customer relationship management tools to record activities and research product information.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Process credit memos, orders, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Identify sales opportunities and engage in consultative selling to promote our products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and provide expert advice to customers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Proven success in customer-facing environments with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
