Job Summary

The Regional Sales Representative is responsible for developing, increasing, and maintaining sales for the assigned regional area of responsibility. This role assists the Region Sales Manager in the daily operation and profitability of the assigned regional area, including LAMP sales, business development, product training, and support, as well as all safety programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the profitability of the regional area of responsibility, including timely preparation and completion of budgets, sales forecasts, and submission of financial reports.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential accounts, including client meetings and contractual negotiations.
  • Participate in the development of technical manuals and sales literature, and provide technical presentations to customers.
  • Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
  • Perform field sales activities, including ongoing professional training.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree preferred, with a minimum of 5 years of oil and gas industry experience.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interface with various levels within the company and with clients.
  • Ability to interact effectively with O&G clients and Core Lab/Owen company personnel.
  • Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Work Environment
