Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and preferences.
  • Assist customers with their questions and needs, either in person, via phone or through online ordering, providing solutions and recommendations to drive sales growth.
  • Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pickup or delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers, leveraging your knowledge of the green industry and our products.
  • Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working, driving business performance and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with merchandising product, managing inventory, and other store tasks, maintaining a safe and organized working environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting, preferably in the green industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and relationships with customers.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Green industry experience or knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation products, a plus.
  • Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions, with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Inventory management experience, helpful but not required.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
