**Job Summary**
As an Outside Sales Representative - Parts and Service Specialist, you will be responsible for selling products from the Parts Department, Service Department, and Body Shop. Your primary goal will be to generate quotes for these products and follow up on leads and quotes generated by these departments.

**Key Responsibilities**
1. Sell products from the Parts Department, Service Department, and Body Shop to customers.
2. Generate quotes for products sold in these departments.
3. Follow up on leads and quotes generated by these departments.
4. Promote Vehicle Sales, gather leads, and provide them to the Vehicle Sales Manager and Parts Manager.
5. Maintain contact with customers between visits and update them on the status of their vehicles in the Service Department or Body Shop.
6. Complete all necessary paperwork when returning customer parts or cores to the dealership.
7. Communicate with the Warehouse Manager when returns of new parts or cores are expected from customers.
8. Maintain updated Customer Profile sheets for each customer visited and turn them into the Parts Manager on a weekly basis.
9. Utilize analysis tools to grow total sales and focus on increasing penetration of maintenance parts within the customer base.
10. Generate new customer leads.

**Requirements**
1. Ability to sell products and generate quotes.
2. Strong communication and customer service skills.
3. Ability to maintain accurate records and paperwork.
4. Strong analytical skills to utilize analysis tools effectively.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
