About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including store owners, store managers, and other key decision-makers
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and other relevant information
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and logistics, to drive business results and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a retail or food and beverage industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
