About the Role

Corgan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect to join our Data Centers team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing coordination and integration of architectural and consultant construction documents, generating creative design solutions, and translating concepts into images.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and integrate architectural and consultant construction documents, including redlining, detail review, QA/QC check, and consultant coordination.
  • Develop and present technical solutions to stakeholders, leveraging strengths and providing mentorship to team members.
  • Assist with creation and management of project schedules, and work proactively to resolve issues that arise between project, design, and technical objectives.
  • Demonstrate understanding of industry standards and construction practice, and apply knowledge of construction methods and timelines.
  • Maintain awareness of new methodologies, practices, codes, and products, and attend and conduct presentations.
  • Manage client relations and exhibit strong marketing and client relations experience and capabilities.
Requirements
  • Professional, NAAB-accredited degree in Architecture or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial architecture, with Data Center experience or experience supporting large teams on large-scale projects.
  • Professional registration or anticipation of registration.
  • High commitment to QA/QC, thorough understanding of how a drawing set goes together, and acumen for how things are built and constructability.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate in a diverse project team environment, and exhibit strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Confident presentation ability, Revit proficiency, and experience preparing all stages of design documentation, performing construction administration, and consultant coordination.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, and flexible attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
