Role Summary

As a Senior Architect specializing in hospitality design, you will be instrumental in guiding and mentoring project teams throughout all phases of significant hospitality initiatives, including gaming venues, hotels, and associated amenities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor project teams on both design and technical dimensions
  • Generate designs and documentation from initial concepts through to construction
  • Oversee project coordination from design inception to construction oversight
  • Collaborate with design teams to craft solutions that meet client requirements, budget constraints, and timelines
  • Manage technical documentation and liaise with external consultants
  • Conduct construction administration duties

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
  • Licensed Architect with Professional Registration
  • Over 10 years of architectural experience, including supervisory roles
  • Proficient in Revit and other relevant architectural software
  • Experience in large-scale hospitality and gaming projects with budgets between $100M and $350M
