About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to drive project success and deliver high-quality results in the technology industry. As a Project Management Professional, you will play a key role in supporting clients in achieving sustainable performance improvements within their organizations.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business processes related to the technology industry, excellent presentation and writing skills, and the ability to create structure in ambiguous situations. You will also have strong coaching and influencing skills, as well as the ability to build trust and value-based relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $110,000+ per year, plus an annual discretionary bonus. The company also provides a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare coverage, generous time off, parental leave, and commuter benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Support clients in achieving sustainable performance improvements within their organizations
  • Create customized project roadmaps based on client needs and implement deliverables/activities for each phase of the project
  • Provide status reporting of progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall program health
  • Ensure key initiatives deliver on business, schedule, and budget objectives
  • Determine appropriate metrics and measures to help clients measure progress, reinforce behavior, and improve implementation results
