Construction Project Manager for Commercial Projects

Michael Page is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join their team in Colorado. As a key member of the project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing variable aspects of projects and providing direct assistance to ensure timely project execution.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience in construction or project management, preferably in the general contracting space. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent is required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80K-$95K, medical insurance (100% coverage for individual and dependents), generous 401K structure, company profit sharing, robust career advancement opportunities, strong training programs, and PTO days.

This role involves working directly with project managers to implement project goals, assigning duties to staff as needed, liaising with project lead and other project managers to maintain project schedule and efficacy, and reviewing project implementation and gathering data on project execution.
