Job Description

This role supports project coordination and management for a highly skilled team of cross-sector professionals. The ideal candidate will provide broad project assistance, manage receipt and review of engineering deliverables, and coordinate collaborative edits to Microsoft Office documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate project coordination and support
  • Coordinate receipt, review, consolidation, and return of engineering deliverables
  • Manage and coordinate review of engineering drawings in Bluebeam Studio Sessions
  • Manage and coordinate collaborative edits to Microsoft Office documents
  • Provide broad project assistance to project managers and teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with engineering or architectural firms preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project

Compensation
