We are seeking an experienced Transportation Client Team Leader/Senior Project Manager to lead our Colorado Market's strategic growth. This role requires a unique blend of project management and business development skills, with a focus on client relationships and team leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic market development: Identify and evaluate new market opportunities in alignment with the Colorado team.
  • Business development: Manage full lifecycle relationships with clients, selling all DEA services across business units.
  • Client management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction.
  • Project oversight: Act as principal-in-charge or project manager as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in transportation design or planning, with a proven track record in delivering public agency/DOT projects and building transportation business. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Urban and Regional Planning is required, and a Colorado Professional Engineer license or AICP certification is preferred.

Estimated salary range: $170,000-$230,000 depending on experience and location.
